Reorder Physical card

Step 1: Verify Your Address

Before ordering a new physical card, it's essential to verify that the address you have on file is correct. You can check this information in the Profile Tab of the app under Personal Info. If the address is incorrect, please reach out to our support team at email or via in-app support with proof of address, such as a utility bill, so that we can update your address.

Step 2: Order a New Card

Once you have verified your address and confirmed that your card has not been delivered, you can proceed to order a new card. Here are the steps to follow:

Log in to your app -> Go to the Cards tab -> Tap on the physical card -> Hit the three dots in the top right corner - > Choose to lock your card -> Choose to order a new card

That's it! Once you complete these steps, your new physical card will be on its way to you. You will need to wait until the next day to activate the card. After activating the card, you can begin using it by adding it to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Step 3: Wait for Delivery

Physical cards take between 5-10 business days to be delivered. If your card has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact our support team either through the app or via email.

Reorder Virtual card

Step 1: Lock Your Current Virtual Card and Reissue the New One

Navigate to the "Cards" tab and locate your virtual card, tap on it to select it, after that click on three dots on top right corner.On the card details screen, you should see an option to lock the card. Once locked, choose to replace the card. Follow the prompts to complete the process, and your new virtual card will be on its way!

It's important to be aware that virtual cards can only be issued a maximum of 10 times.


Step 2: Activate card

Remember to activate your card by clicking Activate on the card screen and set a PIN before using it!

To use your virtual or physical card with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, you can easily add it to your digital wallet through the app. makes it easy by having a button right under your card in the Cards tab that allows you to connect to your digital wallet.

If you are an Apple user, you can easily add your card to Apple Pay by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select "Add Credit or Debit Card."

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your card information.

Step 5: Once you have entered your card information, click "Next" and then verify your card with the verification code sent to you by us.

Step 6: After your card is verified, it will be added to your Apple Pay digital wallet.

Adding Your Card to Google Pay

If you are an Android user, you can easily add your card to Google Pay by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Open the Google Pay app on your Android device.

Step 2: Click on the "+" button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select "Add a credit or debit card."

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your card information.

Step 5: Once you have entered your card information, click "Save" and then verify your card with the verification code sent to you by us.

Step 6: After your card is verified, it will be added to your Google Pay digital wallet.

How to find card details

To find the information for your physical or virtual card within the app, you can follow these steps:

Navigate to the Cards tab of the app > Select your card > Click on the "View Details" option to access the card information, including the virtual card details required for adding it to your digital wallet.
