To close the account, please reach out to in app Support or email for account closure. Before closing your account, ensure that there are no pending transactions or balance due. If you decide to use transfer to an external wallet, please note that there may be fees on top of the transfer. Make sure to take the fees into account when transferring funds out of your account. We recommend using ACH to send the money out, which is a free option but can take up to 3 days.
